Yongyut Trisrat has been active in the area of biodiversity conservation planning, landscape ecology, climate change and GIS modeling for over 20 years and a frequent contributor to several international agencies (e.g., ADB, CIDA, DANCED/DANIDA, ITTO, IUCN, UNEP, WWF), government offices (e.g., Royal Forest Department, Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation) and NGOs. His current research involves biodiversity conservation, climate change and ecosystem services. In addition, he has published a number of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on these subjects. Yongyut Trisurat was the Chief-Editor of the book entitled “Land Use, Climate Change and Biodiversity Modeling: Applications and Perspectives”, which appeared at IGI-Global Publisher in USA in 2011. |
