Specifying Whether to Allow Only Black and White Copying When the Department ID and PIN Are Not Entered
Configure the machine so that only black and white copying can be performed when you specify the department ID management settings without entering the department ID and PIN.
1.
Start the Remote UI and log on in system manager mode.
2.
Click [Settings/Registration].
3.
Click [Department ID Management] -> [Settings].
4.
Change the setting for [Allow Black Copy Jobs], and then click [OK].

If the check box is selected

You can copy in black and white without entering the department ID and PIN.

If the check box is not selected
|
You can copy in black and white after you enter the department ID and PIN.
