License Agreement
Computer Simulation of the Diffusion of Binary Alloy in Non-equilibrium Systems was developed by Mr. Jirasak Wong-ekkabut from Mahidol University under the provision of Dr. Wannapong Triampo . This software is a result of The 2003 National Software Contest: NSC2003 supported by the National Electronics and computer Technology Center ( NECTEC ). NECTEC hereby grants to the user a temporary, non-exclusive use this software solely for international purpose. User shell not commercially distribute, sub-license, resell or otherwise reproduce for any such purposes.
This software is provided to the user "AS IS ". NECTEC takes no part in developing this software. NECTEC shall not be liable in any event for incidental or consequential damages in connection with ,or arising out of, the furnishing, performance, or use of these programs.
ข้อตกลงในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์
ซอฟต์แวร์นี้ วิธีการคอมพิวเตอร์ซิมมูลเลชึ่นเพื่อศึกษาขบวนการอสมดุลในระบบการแพร่ของไบนารีอัลลอย เป็นผลงานที่เกิดจากการสนับสนุนของศูนย์เทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งชาติ(NECTEC ) ที่พัฒนาโดย นายจิรศักดิ์ วงศ์เอกบุตร จากมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ภายใต้การดูแลของ ดร. วรรณพงษ์ เตรียมโพธิ์ ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนภายใต้โครงการการแข่งขันพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 5 (The 2003 National Software Contest : NSC2003 ) NECTEC
ยินยอมที่ให้ท่านสามารถนำซอฟแวร์นี้ไปใช้ได้เฉพาะส่วนตัวและการศึกษาเท่านั้นไม่อนุญาตท่านนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ จุดประสงค์ของการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์เป็นการส่งเสริมการให้นักเรียน นักศึกษา เรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะ เนคเทคไม่ได้พัฒนาซอฟแวร์เหล่านี้เอง เนคเทคจึงไม่เป็นผู้ดูแล แก้ไข ปรับปรุงดัดแปลงเพิ่มเติม หรืออบรมการใช้โปรแกรมการใช้ซอฟแวร์นี้ และไม่รับรองว่าซอฟแวร์เหล่านี้จะทำงานได้ถูกต้องทุกประการและไม่รับรองความเสียหายอันเป็นผลมาจากการใช้ซอฟแวร์ดังกล่าว
