The Nordic Studies Center (NSC)  is  located at Kasetsart University in Bangkok. Which has been running up many kinds of exchange and collaborating academic activities such as the 1^st Thai-Nordic Course on tropical Forest Ecology and Sivilculture was organized during 3-22 January. Twenty one Finns, 3 Swedes, and 1 Norwegion members from their homeland aimed to identify rural development and the conservation and sustainable utilization of forest resources. It was jointly organized by the University of Helsinki, The Andaman Institute of Kasetsart University,and the Nordic Studies Center. The NSC will serve not only in academic activities collaboration but also serve as any exchange traditional culture and value through events. The long tradition of Thai-Nordic cooperation since 1960s will strongly continue to expand, due to the Win&Win situation for this Borderless Friendship World.
